• Accounts may not be sold or transferred to another person
• Contact our support immediately to correct any incorrect information
• Report any suspicious activity immediately

A sufficient account balance is required to place bets on CV88. Betting on credit or borrowing is not available.

Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a "Cash Out" option is available in specific cases. CV88 reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to a system or technical error.

If match manipulation or any attempt to unlawfully influence outcomes is detected, the relevant bets will be automatically voided and action may be taken against the account.

• Minimum bet amounts may vary by game
• Maximum bet amounts are determined by account level and game type
• Odds in live betting may change at any time
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded

CV88 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Each payment method has its own specified limits.

Withdrawals will be sent to the same verified account and payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts

• Operating an account under a false identity
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Defrauding or harassing other users
• Placing bets on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

Upon account closure, a refund process for any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be initiated; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.
